Bunyip

"For Australian Aboriginals, Bunyip is a mythical creature whose name translates as "demon" or "evil spirit." This creature inhabits inland waters, marshes and billabongs of the Outback, the Australian desert, and devours any creature that enters its domain, including humans.
Bunyip's descriptions vary a lot. Some reports talk about dog or crocodile's head, horse's tail, walrus tusks, and fins. (Certainly the most difficult part of this art, because of the different descriptions, was find a way to include at least one characteristic of each animal quoted, something like a hybrid, without losing its own identity)."
